REO Fund 3 At Bailes Ridge LLC, (“Fund 3”) is the developer of the Rubicon Business Center, a high end small bay multi tenant office warehouse in Indian Land, SC a few miles south of Charlotte, NC. It is a result of the vision of Garett Backman (“Garett”). Garett is the operating manager of REO H Manager LLC., the manager of Fund 3. The Backman Brothers – Garett Backman and his brother, Charles Backman – have been managing, developing and renovating office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, in town high end homes and historical homes, since 1981. The Backman Brothers have been investors and developers of real estate in Massachusetts, Tennessee, Georgia, South and North Carolina. They have experience with many different types of property including:
- Renovating pre-civil war historic homes in Boston, Massachusetts, Charleston, South Carolina and metro Atlanta, Georgia
- Building luxury homes and townhouses in Atlanta
